该片讲述了20世纪80年代澳门路环黑沙海滩发现人体残肢的事件，警方重案组澳门司法部李Sir调查此案却发现八仙饭店郑氏一家在一夜间全部失踪，由此展开与八仙饭店负责人王志恒的斗智斗勇的故事。
